IDEC, since its foundation, has been remained true to an idea, to apply all its knowledge to the development of out of autoclave technology over advanced composite materials searching for solutions to the requirements that nowadays are revealed in all sectors of economy activity.

Across an integral engineering service, we do not only seek to give a response to the problems of design. We also give response to the problems of Industrialization and set up to market.

Our control over industrial processes of transformation and manufacturing is critical as it points the product development even from the first phases of its conception. So, we go beyond the traditional line of service supplied for an engineering company, providing an integral solution covering all of the phases in the life of an industrial product.

IDEC development relies on the contest of numerous disciplines which go from the Science of Materials up to Mechanical Technology passing for the Analysis of Continuum Mechanics and Tests. This involves the utilization of numerous and complex tools in IT equipment and workshop of development in order to make to advance the state of the art of the new material’s engineering. IDEC also collaborates with Institutes, Universities and Technological Centres to perform complex and specific tasks.

We are involved in important R&T initiatives promoted as by our clients, as by our collaborators (Technological Centres and Universities) and by ourselves. Each product put in market by IDEC comes from a technological deep development. It also, over these 20 years of existence, has been provided with the necessary resources and capabilities to face with all that the market demands.

Technology

The manufacture of elements in composite materials trough the injection out of autoclave technology (RTM), allows, among others, the possibility of Designing the materials.

IDEC, in permanent evolution with the market, applies to each case the needed parameters to obtain the characteristics that the Clients demand to our products.

We are able to hybridize the basis material with others of highest characteristics or others of lower characteristics. Add elements to modify material performance under: temperature, friction, impact, etc.

We can also apply surface treatments to enhance performance.

Through our departments of Engineering and Analysis, we will design and validate those matters that product requires.

In Out of Autoclave Technology, we are specialists in offer Infusion solutions (LRI). These will be applied in those cases were investment reduction is searched, a time to market reduction and a more affordable cost, scarifying by other side some of the usual properties of technology of via liquid.
