OBSERVACIONES / Cláusulas 

El servicio o producto entregado a IDEC estará de acuerdo a  la última revisión de las especificaciones, planos, normas, métodos de ensayo, instrucciones o especificaciones técnicas explicitadas en el pedido.

IDEC se reserva el derecho de considerar no conforme aquel producto o servicio que considere que no cumple las especificaciones y cláusulas acordadas en el pedido, así como de su aprobación a posteriori

Todo aquel cambio en el servicio, producto y / o proceso que pueda modificar las características de producto o servicio será comunicado de inmediato a IDEC.

El suministrador está obligado a aceptar la presencia de IDEC, de los clientes de IDEC y de las Organizaciones Oficiales, a partir de ahora “el Cliente”, durante las auditorias (de producto, procesos y sistemas), inspecciones en origen, aceptación de producto o cualquier otra práctica destinada a garantizar la calidad. En dicho supuesto, el Suministrador proporcionará sin cargo adicional todos los medios que fueran razonablemente necesarios para la realización de forma segura y conveniente de estas tareas, incluidos información y datos.

IDEC y el Cliente deberán cumplir todas las reglas y disposiciones internas que regulen la llegada de visitantes a las instalaciones del Suministrador, de forma especial, las obligaciones relativas a la confidencialidad y seguridad.

El proveedor deberá transmitir a sus subcontratistas todos los requerimientos que considere clave cuando realice pedidos derivados de los pedidos originarios de IDEC. El suministrador deberá asegurar que las personas de su organización son conscientes de su contribución a la conformidad del producto o servicio, su contribución a la seguridad de los productos y la importancia del comportamiento ético. El suministrador conservará en sus archivos durante el periodo exigido por la FAA o EASA, el que sea más amplio (y por lo menos durante 7 años), todos los documentos y certificaciones relativas al producto suministrado. Una excepción a esta disposición lo constituyen los Informes de Inspección de Primer Artículo y de Cualificación, los cuales deberán ser conservados durante un periodo de tiempo igual a la vida operacional del producto más tres años. Cuando fuera solicitada, dicha certificación y documentación debe ser puesta a disposición de IDEC. Toda calibración sobre un rango determinado no puntual deberá realizarse en un mínimo de 3 puntos para garantizar la linealidad en dicho rango. Todos los requisitos de este contrato pueden estar sometidos a AOC. Se le notificará cualquier actividad de AOC que se vaya a realizar.

Remarks / Clauses

The service or product delivered to IDEC will be in accordance to the latest issue of specifications, drawings, standards, testing methods, instructions or technical specifications written in the purchase order. 

IDEC reserves itself the capability to consider as non-conform that product or service that IDEC considers as non compliant with the specifications and clauses according to the purchase order, as well as their further approval

 Any change in the service, product or process that might modify the characteristics of the product or service will be communicated immediately to IDEC. 

Supplier is obliged to accept the presence of IDEC, IDEC's customer and Official Organizations, hereinafter "the Customer", during the audits (products, processes and system audits), source inspections, product acceptance, or any other practice for quality assurance. In that event, the Supplier shall furnish without additional charge all reasonable facilities for the safe and convenient performance of these duties, including information and data.                                                                                                                                                                                                           IDEC and Customer shall comply with all internal rules and regulations governing the coming of visitor in the Supplier facilities, particularly obligations relating to confidentiality and security
The supplier must transmit to its suppliers all key requirements when purchases derivate of purchases of IDEC are done. The supplier must ensure the awareness of their employees about their contribution to product of service conformity, their contribution to product safety and the importance of ethical behavior. Supplier shall keep on file during the period required by FAA or EASA, whichever is greater (and at least 7 years), all the documents and certifications concerning the product supplied. One exception to this are First Article Inspection and Qualification Reports that shall be retained during the operational life of the product plus three years. On request, such certification and documentation must be available to IDEC.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       All calibration in a determined non point range must be done in a minimum of three points to ensure linearity in this range. All requirements of this contract may be subject to GQA. You will be notified of any GQA activity to be performed.
